Call for information about spherical bearing models Steeda’s Aluminum Lower Control Arms really hook, for the lowest 60 ft. times and maximum control off corners. They are a direct bolt-on, with swaybar mounts located to clear differential stud girdles and T-Rex fuel pumps.

Steeda’s double adjustable design lets you adjust the arm
length without removing them from the car. Heavy duty
steel construction virtually eliminates suspension
deflection. The street/strip arms use Steeda’s exclusive
3-piece bushings with a hard centre section to give
excellent control, and softer outer bushings to prevent
binding. Competition arms feature race-quality spherical
rod-ends for minimum deflection. Our arms are also
available with the bushings for the differential.

corner weights for different tracks, or adjust ride height to

X2™ BALLJOINT KIT

Steeda’s X2 Balljoint improves suspension geometry on
lowered Mustangs by raising the spindle relative to the
balljoint pivot-point. This raises the roll centre back into the
correct range for optimum handling, resulting in reduced
body roll, quicker steering response and improved overall
front tire grip. Steeda’s special balljoint reduces the need for
oversize front swaybars and allows the use of lower front
spring rates, creating more grip over uneven pavement and
better ride quality.

BUMPSTEER KIT
Bumpsteer Kit Recommended with Balljoint

Correct your Bumpsteer with this Bumpsteer Kit. It features
spherical rod-ends and tapered shafts for a hassle-free
installation that requires no drilling of the spindle for fit.
Recommended for all lowered Mustangs with X2 Balljoints
and/or caster camber plates. Now available with a wider
range of adjustment than other kits. Steeda’s Bumpsteer Kit
allows you to eliminate bumpsteer.
Definition of bumpsteer: Bumpsteer is a change in toe
angle caused by the suspension moving up or down.
Bumpsteer is built into the geometry of the suspension and
steering system, and has nothing to do with turning the
steering wheel. The effect of bumpsteer is for the wheel to
toe-in or toe-out when the suspension moves up or down.
This toe change or “steering” occurs any time the suspension
moves, whether it is from body roll, brake-drive, or
hitting a bump in the road. Bumpsteer is undesirable
because the suspension is steering the car instead of the
driver.

Back up your horsepower with some mind-blowing braking in an attractive package. The Wilwood Superlite 6 Big Brake Kit consists of billet 6-piston calipers, GT competition rotors, GT series rotor hats, PolyMatrix brake pads, caliper brackets, and hardware for direct bolt-on fit. The SL6 calipers feature a fully CNC machined billet body with closed end bridges, a
reinforced bridge to body transition, and center bridge body bolts to provide an ultra-rigid body that resists separation and deflection under high load. Driver comfort and confidence soar with immediate response from a very firm pedal. The SL6 generates high clamping force and balanced pad loading from a race-proven differential bore six-piston configuration.
Staggered piston sizes distribute pressure to compensate for the natural variances in temperature, load, and wear rate that occur over the length of the pad. Pad life is extended and performance is measurably improved. Stainless steel pistons are used for their low heat transfer properties and resistance to corrosion. The aluminum rotor hats are strong yet lightweight,
and are a direct fit for the original hubs. The 13” vented iron SRP rotors are cross-drilled and slotted to reduce pad glaze and dissipate surface heat. A zinc wash protects noncontact areas of the rotor from corrosion. PolyMatrix pads are known for high fade resistance, long service life, low rotor
wear, and strong stopping power. Road race kits feature SL6/ST calipers with titanium pistons for maximum heat protection in extreme heat environments. The rotors are upgraded to GT series, Wilwood’s ultimate competition rotor, and the road race kit also includes stainless steel flexlines.
NOTE: Brake upgrade kits will fit with M-1007-R58/C58 Cobra R wheels and with Steeda Ultra-Lite wheels. SHM cannot guarantee caliper clearance on other
wheel packages.
