ORDERS
The SHM Order Desk is available for phone orders Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5pm EST. Please have your order ready when you call, including part numbers and method of payment. Outside of business hours you can leave a message with your name and phone number, and we will call you back during regular business hours. Mail or fax orders should use the order form filled out completely to help us process the order efficiently. Fax orders can be sent 24 hours a day. Orders also accepted online 24 hours a day.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Sean Hyland Motorsport wants you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from us. If, within 30 days of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with a part, simply call us. We will take all possible steps to correct the problem. Please see our return policy for complete instructions.

PRICING/PHOTOS
All attempts will be made to maintain pricing as published, but SHM cannot be held responsible for regular market fluctuations. Please verify pricing with your sales representative at the time of order placement. All prices are subject to change without notice. Due to ongoing design, development, and product updates, actual products may differ from photos in the catalog.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Any item listed in the catalog as “special order” requires pre-payment. No returns or refunds on special order items. Delivery times may not be guaranteed on special order items, check with your sales representative for details on your product.

BACKORDERS
If we happen to be out of stock on an item, a partial shipment will be made unless complete shipment is specified at the time of order. The backorder will be shipped as soon as possible. A backorder may be cancelled after 60 days, at which time a refund will be issued if due.

TERMS
SHM accepts Visa, Mastercard, cashiers check, bank draft, money order, and wire transfers. SHM does not accept COD orders.

SHIPPING
Standard shipping is by UPS Ground Service or postal service. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on location. We offer rush shipping on request for prepaid orders, all freight charges will be calculated based on size and weight of the order. Some items are not available for air shipment. Certain items must be shipped truck freight due to size or weight. All truck freight is prepaid by SHM and added to the customer invoice in order to take advantage of SHM volume freight discounts. Residential delivery and Hydraulic tailgate delivery will add to your shipping charges. SHM accepts international orders, and ships worldwide.
Outside of North America, all customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGE
If there is damage to a shipment, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If the carton appears damaged upon delivery, inspect carefully the contents and their condition immediately, and report any concerns to the driver. Retain all packing materials and file a claim with the shipping company. Please do not return the product to SHM without prior authorization.

RETURNS
If you have a question or a concern about your shipment, please contact the SHM order desk. Incomplete or incorrect shipments must be reported within 3 days of receipt. You MUST have a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA), clearly marked on the outside of the package, to return an order to SHM. Items returned for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and only accepted within 30 days of original purchase, in unused condition, in the original packaging.

CORE RETURNS
Items returned as cores must be in rebuildable condition, with all parts included, and assembled. SHM and/or the remanufacturer reserve the right to determine suitability of core return.

WARRANTY
All parts and services offered by SHM are tested and  believed to be of the highest quality and performance for  their intended use. We thoroughly test and evaluate all products whenever possible. However, because of the nature of high performance and racing parts, the industry standard is “no warranty”, with parts sold as is. SHM guarantees parts to be free from material or manufacturing defects at the time of receipt, and we will do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. Unless otherwise specified, SHM is not responsible for defective parts, the buyer assumes all costs for any service or repair. Ford Motorsport does not offer a warranty, all of their parts are sold as is.

CLAIMS
All statements regarding horsepower or performance improvements are believed to be accurate. Due to varying vehicle conditions and other modifications, SHM cannot be held responsible for final results.

LEGALITY OF PARTS
SHM makes no representation as to the legality of using any parts on highways in any state or province, unless otherwise specified. National or local laws may prohibit the removal or installation of equipment, particularly emissions control or safety components. Vehicles modified with high performance or competition parts are recommended for offhighway or racing purposes only.

INSTALLATION
Many of the parts in this catalog require special tools or skills in order to be installed properly. Improper installation may cause damage to the components installed, or to other components in the vehicle. Personal injury or death may result from improper installation. SHM cannot be held liable for improper installation or misuse of any parts.
