Warranty & Returns

All parts and services offered by SHM are tested and believed to be of the highest quality and performance for their intended use. We thoroughly test and evaluate all products whenever possible. However, because of the nature of high performance and racing parts, the industry standard is “no warranty”, with parts sold as is. SHM guarantees parts to be free from material or manufacturing defects at the time of receipt, and we will do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. Unless otherwise specified, SHM is not responsible for defective parts, the buyer assumes all costs for any service or repair. Ford Motorsport does not offer a warranty, all of their parts are sold as is.

If you have a question or a concern about your shipment, please contact the SHM order desk. Incomplete or incorrect shipments must be reported within 3 days of receipt. You MUST have a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA), clearly marked on the outside of the package, to return an order to SHM. Items returned for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and only accepted within 30 days of original purchase, in unused condition, in the original packaging.
